How a call becomes a ticket

Incoming call9:42 PM
(614) 555-0182Ringing at the office. No one picks up.

First, your phone rings out.

You keep your number. Calls you don’t answer forward to the receptionist.

On the call1:48
Name Dana WhitfieldZIP 43214Problem AC not coolingAsking for a good time…

Then the receptionist answers.

In English or Spanish, with your company’s name and the voice you picked.

New call: Dana Whitfield9:45 PM
Phone (614) 555-0182ZIP 43214Problem AC not coolingPreferred Tomorrow morning

Then the ticket lands in your inbox.

One email per call, to the addresses you choose.

Then your team calls back.

Pricing, scheduling and the work itself stay with you.

Made for Ohio’s two busy seasons.

July heat and January cold bring calls at every hour, including the hours your office is closed.

A small job, done well.

Answer, take the details, send them to you. We keep it that small on purpose: your team stays in charge of prices, scheduling and every decision about the work.

A note from Francisco

Fernando and I are two founders in Buenos Aires, Argentina. We built TakeHome Tickets for residential HVAC companies, and we’re starting in Columbus, Ohio.

The receptionist answers the calls your team can’t get to, in English or Spanish, takes the caller’s details and emails them to you. It doesn’t book, transfer, dispatch or handle emergencies. Those stay with you.

We don’t have customer stories to show you yet. That’s why setup is free for our first three customers and there’s no long contract: if it doesn’t help, you stop.

Fernando sets up and tests every receptionist before it takes a call. I answer email and run the demos.
